All orders received before 3pm will be dispatched the same day. The order will be sent out on an overnight delivery service and you will receive your order the next day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) . A consignment number is available on request so you can track your order.
Your part(s) will arrive in a sealed box, inside you will find an envelope, enclosed you will find your Invoice, Warranty Details, Returns Details etc.
All In-Stock parts are supplied on a exchange basis, we allow 14 days (2 weeks). We believe this is ample time to get your old part(s) out of your vehicle. If for any reason you are having problems meeting the 14 day deadline, contact our helpful Sales Team on 0121 247 0516
Follow steps before collection
Please make sure you have been told we can remanufacture your parts first, to avoid any disappointment.
Remove the part(s) from your vehicle,
Box it up in a suitable manner with our name and address clearly written on the outside of the packaging.

GAP Return Policy
GAP Return Policy
All units must be matched before fitting. Parts are sold on an exchange basis or a surcharge will apply. You have two weeks to return your old unit(s) or contact us on 0121 247 0516 and we will arrange a free collection with DHL. All units are supplied with a 12months/12,000 miles parts only warranty, in order for the warranty to be honoured when fitting parts, the instructions must be read and followed. Furthermore a 20% handling charge and £20 collection and delivery charge will apply on correctly supplied units that are no longer required within a 7 day period.
Returning an old unit
All our units are sold on an exchange basis. The return postage cost is included in the sale price.
GAP Turbos have teamed up with one of the UK’s leading courier services UPS, a pre-paid returns label can be found in the envelope supplied with the part(s).
Just call one of our sales team when the old unit(s) are ready for return and we will do the rest!

BREACH OF CONTRACT CLAUSE
The supply of any turbocharger, diesel fuel pump or diesel injectors are discounted subject to the return of your old or non serviceable units on exchange. Please be aware, the old unit must be returned complete and match the unit we have supplied. All of this will be made clear at the point of purchase and again on the invoice and additional papers supplied with the unit.
Failure to return old units will constitute a breach of contract and will incur a surcharge as follows.
£100 for a Turbo charger
£30 for a Diesel Injector
We allow 14 days for the return of the old unit(s) following the sale.
These timescales may or may not be extended following consultation with a GAP Turbos Manager.
Your statutory rights are not affected
Under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000) you have 7 days to cancel your order and return goods for a full refund. The goods must be returned in unused and as supplied condition. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs and tracking information must be supplied. If the pre-paid returns label provided for the return of you old unit is used to return an item under the above regulations, a 20% shipping and handling charge will be deducted from any refund.
